With a technical product designer (m/f/d) specializing in machine and system design apprenticeship you develop specific technical drawings as well as 3D models from a customer drawing as a direct production template for the toolmaker. Contrary to what most people think, designing is less of a focus here. We are looking for creative drafters with a good technical understanding who like working at the computer and are interested in modern processing methods.

Spatial visualization skills
The ability to think spatially is your most important tool. This is the only way you will succeed in transferring a product from your head into design data that is accurate to the millimeter.
Developer gene
You develop precise and feasible models and detailed designs using the latest 3D programs from a customer drawing.
Technical understanding
You are interested in modern processing methods and the technology with which your design data is put into series production.
